Journey Through Skill Acquirement

With 10 years of experience in the service industry, including both customer-facing and management roles, I’ve developed strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a solid understanding of how different business models operate day to day. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments, handling customer concerns, and supporting a team through busy, high-pressure situations while keeping quality and professionalism a priority. Alongside that, I spent two years studying Software Development at Spokane Community College, where I gained hands-on experience building projects with HTML, PHP, SQL, and Kotlin. This combination of real-world management experience and technical training has helped me build a strong foundation in problem-solving, teamwork, and creating practical solutions that support both users and business goals

My background in both software development and customer service helps me approach projects with the client and end user in mind. As a developer, this means I can build clean, reliable applications while also understanding deadlines, priorities, and the bigger picture of what a business actually needs.
